DIGITAL BUDGETS HAVE BOUNCED BACK BUT REMAIN BELOW BROADER B2B LEVELS

The share of budget allocated to digital and omnichannel channels has recovered since last year’s dip, suggesting a renewed commitment.

Yet, with B2B sectors allocating an estimated 56% of total budgets to digital efforts (Gartner, 2022), pharma still lags behind, signaling opportunity for greater investment to support customer-centric approaches.
