Kyle Sarnataro is a Vice President in Precision AQ’s Strategic Consulting group, with over a decade of experience advising pharmaceutical and biotech clients on pricing, market access, and channel strategy. Kyle’s experience spans early lifecycle through loss-of-exclusivity, with extensive work in early pricing valuation, launch pricing, contracting strategy, competitive simulations, analytical modeling, lifecycle management, value story development and refinement, and value-based contracting.

Kyle’s expertise covers a wide range of therapeutic areas—with particular depth in immunology, oncology, and rare diseases—and his work has informed access strategies for some of the industry’s most innovative therapies. Known for his analytical rigor and strategic insight, Kyle is frequently sought after by clients and colleagues to solve complex commercialization challenges.

Kyle contributes regularly to thought leadership and stays at the forefront of evolving market dynamics, translating trends into actionable strategies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, with a concentration in Biotechnology and Pharmaceutics.
